Our association was very fortunate to have Strategic Events step in with very short notice to ensure our national conference was delivered despite several hurdles including a tight timeline, delayed program and many incomplete logistical arrangements.
Since then our Association has continued to greatly benefit from our ongoing partnership over many years. For regional, national, virtual and in-person conferences, Strategic Events has created polished, professional meetings that have created a wonderful experience for attendees while staying on budget. For the past 15 years Arbonne has partnered with Strategic Events, putting our confidence in them to execute our National event on-site logistic, over 3 days, with 6000 in attendance.
Our challenge is executing our National event with the small internal team. Barbara and her team takes on this challenge seamlessly. They understand our culture and execute the event successfully year over year. On-site they jump in to help out with any additional last minute projects such as seating charts, and recognition executions. The team always work diligently over the four days and more than twelve hour a day, they leave with a smile and come back the next morning at 6:30 am with smile, ready to go.
Leading up to the event, Barbara worked side by side with me to develop innovative ideas, risk management plans, concepts and solutions. After the event, we have an in-depth debrief. Barbara is very good at capturing room for improvement and make suggestion on how to make the next year better to keep our audience motivated and exceed their expectations.
